Framer.Courses is a personal project I designed and developed as a proof of concept for my messaging and design framework. The platform offers in-depth training on Framer, a cutting-edge design tool, and has quickly established itself as a trusted resource for designers. Through strategic design and marketing, Framer.Courses consistently generates a 90% profit from ad spend each month, significantly outperforming industry averages.
With a conversion rate of 10%, well above the typical rate for educational products, the project showcases the effectiveness of a well-executed digital strategy. Additionally, the email list grew to over 1,000 subscribers within just four months, driven by organic leads from YouTube and other channels. Framer.Courses stands as a testament to the power of combining strong UX design with data-driven marketing to create a highly profitable and scalable digital product.
Approach
The creation of Framer.Courses followed a comprehensive design and UX process, beginning with extensive research into the needs and behaviors of the target audience. The goal was to craft a platform that was not only visually engaging but also highly functional, making it easy for users to navigate and access valuable content.
I implemented analytical tools to continuously monitor user behavior, allowing for ongoing optimization of the user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This data-driven approach led to a 10% conversion rate, which is significantly higher than the industry average for educational products. To maximize profitability, I also focused on decreasing the cost per click (CPC) through targeted ads, achieving a 90% profit margin from ad spend.
In addition to paid marketing, I grew the platform’s email list to over 1,000 subscribers in just four months by leveraging organic traffic from YouTube and other channels. Each aspect of the project, from design to marketing, was strategically aligned to demonstrate the effectiveness of my messaging and design framework. The result is a highly successful, scalable platform that not only meets the educational needs of its users but also delivers strong financial returns.
